Some of the products sold by Magnetix Marketing are tickets for event participation.  If you purchase a ticket for event participation, you will have one year from the purchase date to attend one of these events.  If you do not attend an event you intended to attend, this does not constitute grounds for a refund of the price paid for admission.  Provided you did pay for your ticket and it is still within the period of time you have to attend, if you have missed your originally scheduled event, you will be invited to attend the next event as soon as one has been scheduled.  Covid has shown us that there are possible causes for severe delays in event date scheduling.  If this takes place and you have paid for an event participation that is not yet scheduled, you will be notified as soon as the next event is scheduled and given an invite to that event.

We do not offer refunds on Digital Courses due to the nature of the value in them being the information they can teach.  Once learned, that cannot be returned.
